HSPM-05VT variable Temperature Hall test system is composed of Hall tester, liquid nitrogen storage thermostat and permanent magnet motion mechanism, which can provide a continuous temperature change from 80K to 500K.The 5T vertical magnetic field test environment can test Hall parameters at varying temperatures, which provides great convenience for scientific experiments requiring both low and high temperatures。This is a very cost-effective, but also the use of more users of the Hall test system, can achieve a large range of temperature testing, can also be equipped with other meters, as a pure temperature environment and magnetic environment for other tests。
System features:
• Double-layer sample base design, the bottom of the optical sample base, by adding four probes and four terminal sample base cover to achieve the probe sample base function。Terminal support
The probe was added and transformed into a six-probe sample holder, which can meet the test of both Holba sample and Vanderburg sample。
• Equipped with an adjusting bracket to adjust the vertical position of the thermostat。
• The magnet moving device can make the permanent magnet move back and forth and flip。
• Can quickly open the sample room and change the sample。
• Liquid nitrogen can be easily filled through the liquid nitrogen refill port at the top, which will not affect the temperature control of the system。
• The thermostat has a liquid nitrogen flow control lever that can be used to adjust the thermostat's cooling capacity。
• For use with low-temperature coaxial cables and triaxial /SMA connectors, leakage current less than 1pA@1V。
• The built-in heater and sensor work with the external temperature controller to achieve temperature control of the low temperature thermostat。
